Quick Brief
Los Angeles enters Sunday night with a 54% chance of winning, leaving Denver close behind at 46%.
The rest of the market is even tighter. The Rams carry a 47% chance of winning by more than 2.5 points, while the probability of the teams combining for more than 44.5 points sits at exactly 50%.
Both teams also enter at 1-1 after bouncing back from opening-week losses.
The Rams looked considerably different in a 28-6 win over the Giants on Monday night. Matthew Stafford threw for 327 yards and four touchdowns, while Davante Adams finished with eight catches for 195 yards and two scores. Los Angeles piled up 481 total yards despite playing without Puka Nacua.
Denver needed a second-half rally to beat Jacksonville 20-13. Bo Nix threw for 288 yards, while offseason addition Jaylen Waddle broke out with eight catches for 138 yards.
Can the Rams keep rolling without Nacua?
Los Angeles' biggest question remains the status of its top receiver.
Nacua is doubtful after missing practice all week with what the team has listed as a hip injury. He also missed the Giants game, but Stafford and the Rams found plenty of offense without him.
Adams did most of the damage, producing his best statistical game since joining Los Angeles.
Stafford's four-touchdown performance also moved him into sixth place on the NFL's career list.
Denver presents a different challenge. The Broncos held Jacksonville to 268 total yards last week, while reigning Defensive Player of the Year Pat Surtain II anchors a secondary tasked with slowing Stafford and Adams.
The other side brings its own intrigue. Nix rebounded from Denver's opening loss with 288 passing yards against Jacksonville, and Waddle provided the explosive element the Broncos acquired him to add.
Rams vs. Broncos prediction market props
Stafford owns the stronger passing outlook after last week's breakout. His 225-yard threshold sits at 59%, compared with 44% for Nix.
Adams sits at 52% to reach 70 yards after his 195-yard performance, while Waddle is at 51% to clear 60 following his own breakout game.
What to Watch
- Nacua's status: The Rams proved they can produce without him last week, but another absence would again put more weight on Adams and the rest of the receiving corps.
- Waddle's encore: After catching one pass in his Broncos debut, Waddle erupted for 138 yards against Jacksonville.
- Denver's pass defense: Stafford carved up New York last week. Surtain and the Broncos offer a much different test.
- A true toss-up: The winner, spread, and total markets all remain tightly priced heading into Sunday night.
